The 'Kaltern' holiday apartments, measuring 65 m², were built in 2021 and consist of: - A separate double bedroom, - A spacious living area with a pull-out double sofa bed and an additional sofa (side sleeper for 1 person), - A large bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and soap dispenser, - A well-equipped kitchenette with fridge and integrated freezer, four induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, dishes including all cooking utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave as well as coffee and espresso machine, - A large terrace with private garden and wonderful south-facing views over South Tyrol (equipped with sun loungers, parasol and dining table). The apartment is furnished with new furniture and offers two flat-screen TVs (satellite TV) as well as free internet access (Wi-Fi). Towels, bed linen and dish towels are provided and included in the price. On 65 m², between 2 and 5 people can stay comfortably.

The apartment Bozen is located in a rural area outside of Mölten (Meltina). The 28m² apartment consists of a living area with a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a bathroom and a day-light toilet. It can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television and games. Thanks to the pleasant climate, no air conditioning is necessary. The apartment features a balcony where guests can relax and enjoy the view. There is also a shared garden with a swing, a football table, a sandpit and ball games. The quiet and very sunny location of the apartment has a lot to offer to keep the whole family entertained. Nearby is a great children's playground, which is very quietly situated between meadows and woods and also offers a small football pitch. It is possible to take riding courses in the nearby riding stables (8 years and older) or go on a relaxing carriage ride. There are also many hiking routes near the property (suitable for prams). In addition, the unique "Salewa" climbing hall offers a unique experience for all family members, and there is also the summer toboggan run in the "Merano 2000" hiking area. The nearest restaurant is 3 minutes away by car (2.5 km), as is the nearest supermarket. The spa town of Merano (Meran) is 35 minutes by car (30km) awayn, and Bolzano (Bozen) airport is 30 minutes by car (27.1 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. No pets allowed.
